If you're like me, workout consistently on a 3-5day per week basis, and still see no results, there's definitely something wrong.

I wasn't aware of that, and until a few weeks ago I simply thought it was a plateu that you break after a while. After all, that's what my highschool gym teacher taught me.

Boy was he wrong!

Infact, he was wrong on a LOT of accounts. Looking back, I'm suprised I haven't injured myself doing what he's taught me.

You see, what I've learned from Accelerated Muscular Development, is that there are many flaws in most peoples workout regimine. This is to no fault of them, of course. They were simply taught wrong, or weren't taught at all!

Lack of intensity, poor excersize selection, and bad posture are some of the faults that many people make.

Accelerated Muscular Development taught me that, and also what to do to correct it.

Now I must say, I was a fairly skinny guy to begin with, but since first using Accelerated Muscular Development, in 6 weeks, I shredded almost ALL of my body fat, and gained 20 POUNDS! And this was while I was in university studying my ass off for my end of term exams.
